Xfinity just provided excellent service. (I know). Then they called 4 times w/o leaving messages . I called back to see what's up with my account. "Just checking to see if all is good". Yes, thanks, I say. 30 min later? Txts asking feedback abt the call. SMH. My answer...not happy.

If I answer each of these do they count each as a review? I imagine a lot of people just say 10/perfect/excellent to make it stop.
Answering anything other than 10 gets a "but, WHY?"
Service providers: do the work, get your feedback, and MOVE ON.
