This is an entirely fair opinion on the actions of Bromcom to use the courts when they lose deals

What I can’t understand is why the company thinks this is good practice, and how on earth it won’t put schools off from working with them?

Bromcom seem like absolute scoundrels to me. I've seen schools in dreadful circumstances because of their dreadful MIS roll out, and they've got the cheek to sue schools for going elsewhere and try to bully competitors
