To be honest they really did. I would have never stopped on my own. They kept me for 6 months, paid for 6 weeks of rehab, and also paid for 18 months of IOP, therapy, and Vivitrol. I think if everyone got opportunities like that, we'd have a MUCH lower recidivism rate!

God we need reform so bad. Unless she murdered someone there is no way she should be in there that long. I really like many Nordic things but their approach to prison and reform is one of their best attributes.

Today I have a family of choice & I have my family with my partner & son. We just built a house that we move into on Friday the 13th lol. I have one degree and working on another. I have a career I LOVE, I get to help people every day, & the peace I have in my soul I never thought was even possible
