We should make mandatory for all social media two buttons : like and dislike. And then make stats of those and this will change our relation with social media. The “like” in your mirror is one thing, the millions of likes in SM is what created the chaos that we live in today.
You can leave it on your head. You'll still be able to see it when you look into the mirror. Of course, it will say, "em ekil ot uoy tnaw I" but nothing's perfect.

However if you like yourself and you truly have confidence in yourself, it won't bother you when someone doesn't like you over something silly.
It makes it easier to find people like you who like you as you are.
