Agreed. I am (like you) also on Threads, mainly because there are so many writers inhabiting the space. But it's still Zuck. This space feels more...original. Keep it up, Alex. Oftentimes clarity comes with outrage.
That right there is what we need as user to do. Curate feeds of positivity and share what’s good in the world. Not doom and gloom or propaganda about what’s bad.
But think about all the opportunities for comedy! Like rape victims forced to carry their babies to term! And... uh... mass deportations... and runaway inflation... actually none of this sounds very funny.
It’s a bit surreal coming into Bluesky and still flinching when I get notifications only to see that it was a friendly, dare I say it, supportive response. I do so love not being around crazed nutjobs
