How dare they attack my heart. It is perfectly capable of attacking itself!

Related: I asked a patient on diuretics "do you have heart failure as far as you know?" and they replied, "No...but if I did wouldn't I be dead?"

Very fair point. My heart didn’t want to be a failure and it was very sad about that.

I feel the same!! In spanish, its called ‘insuficiencia cardiaca’ which makes more sense (cardiac insufficiency)
