Went through that too, as executor of my late mother's estate. Yours too is one of those moments where you need to visit bank in person armed with as many identification documents as possible, birth cert and identity card as well as mail showing proof of address, to cover contingencies.
Angry customer service call or message required. SMH when you need to explain the money is there for spending that this is not a certificate of deposit to sit on for years on end. 😡

They’re a real bank with their own charter, not a cursed virtual platform, so at least they can resolve it directly.
