Stratford you’ll see a bit of variety - got freight heading through there. If you want frequent trains perhaps Clapham Junction.

I suppose it depends what you want, but anywhere north of Willesden on the WCML will give you quite a bit of freight north and south. Lots of container traffic, but other stuff as well.
