it is kinda wild that even on this very brief stint of treating and understanding my ADHD, the majority of things i seem to hate about myself are direct symptoms of ADHD. my lack of self control, inability to focus on things, accidentally interrupting people, etc.
its only been about 3 months but, i've already noticed changes. im finishing games and i can actually read without getting distracted. i'm losing weight, eating better, saving money, etc. i just feel more. capable. less helpless.
