This high-handed tomfoolery sucks for the many crews who were unable to get into the race in the first place and now can't, because the draw has taken place.

This. We’re a small provincial club, but won our category at Fours Head in the relatively recent past. This year not a single Men’s crew has been allowed to race as the weird voodoo points system says we aren’t good enough 🤦🏻♀️
