I find that it helps to have something nice to look forward to during the week. A little treat, often very simple things, like "on Monday after work I'll change to warm clean sheets out of the dryer" or "I'll get the bus to the local park instead of home and sit outside for a bit".
I get them real bad particularly when I'm away for work that week.
Distraction is the only thing that really works for me. Being physically out of the house on a Sunday evening (at a friend's, etc). Or simply just exhausting myself with a 'big job'.
