I chased it up in late January as I hadn't heard for a while, and we had arranged for guests to stay on the sofa on 8th Feb (the 12 week mark).
I was told on the phone that the chair and sofa were due to arrive in the JL warehouse on 7th Feb so they arranged delivery for 8th, 2.30-4.30pm.

Rather than go out for a walk with our guests we waited in for the delivery because we needed the sofa. At 4.40 nothing had come so I called the helpline.
The following Monday I had still not heard back so I called the helpline. I was told the sofa was not in fact in the warehouse and that it definitely would be by the following week.
An update about the armchair; it still smells mouldy and so now does the whole living room; I feel a bit sick when I go in there.
Honestly were there an option of giving fewer than one star I would have given zero.
