I am hopeful that one day I will get a contact from the company, and possibly some compensation. If I don't hear back by the end of next week I shall ask for a refund for the sofa and still something back for the £799 mouldy armchair.
Omg that's absolutely disgusting and horrible I can't believe you had go through all that and didn't even get to go out with your guests cause you had to stay in for a delivery that didn't turn up its a disgrace I hope you get all your money back Angela xx
