I had to stop training for several months last year, but Iβve been able to train pretty consistently for the last four months. Looking at the progress Iβve made over that period makes me feel happy and motivated πͺπ»

Got 2 hernias that need repairing , messes with your mind also as gyms great for anxiety stress etc
