That Kirby is more like the Nintendo Kirby than a "national security coordinator". NK could do a nuclear strike on Seoul he would calmly present some excuses for the US not to react.

These reactions by US are tragic. First say it would be a serious escalation but despite widespread evidence pretend the NK presence is not sure. And now after days of denial, they finally admit they are there but only to pretend they don't know what NK soldiers are going to do.
