Yes, but Rachel has the block and an idol. So Andy essentially flipped to a minority position - and should know that he flipped to a minority. But does he think that his social skills will overcome the block?
Voting out Andy before Sam and Genevieve would be a bad move, he has 2 shields (3 with Rachel) that are very threatening at the end and have to be dealt with first
You don’t think she beats Sam? I’d be fascinated to see what happens if Genevieve and Rachel are both in final three. But I think she can beat anyone. Still rooting for Genevieve though!
I just don’t see Sam as a threat to win anymore. He got grouped into the ‘threat’ group with Genevieve and Kyle but what did he actually do? Are they actually still talking about him as a threat or just on the outside of their 5.
It looks cool in the moment and feels good right away, but by thinking it through it’s obviously short sighted and requires a later Hail Mary to get to the end for it to count.
He has shields. I’m thinking now if Andy even made this 3 a thing beyond this operation? Andy gets his move, Sam/Gen get another round further, was it meant to be more than that? I just don’t see how doing nothing here gives Andy even 1% win equity against at least some chance
Abandoning the move bc of R’s win eliminates Gen (but he built a better relationship w her). Then he spearheads the next move against R to build his equity (w Sue & Caro’s help).
Then he’s sitting with people who share credit for a move that’s less flashy. Even the flashiness of this move probably won’t be enough. I just think he needs to hit it at it’s hardest & claim it at the end with no conspirators next to him. It’s big but big is necessary when you’re a goat
Also - he was at the bottom of the 5 person alliance AND no one on the island saw him as a threat. Killed two birds with one stone (plus no one left knows about Sue and Rachel’s idols, right?)
Yeah, but at this point is Sam a win-threat anymore (if ever)? It feels like Andy is an easy boot at 6 with Genevieve going at 5. Then even if Sam wins fire he can’t beat Teeny (or Sue 🤷) (assuming he puts himself in to try and take out Rachel).
Rachel was wise for not using the block a vote. She's safe anyway. More powerful at final 6 and she still got an idol. Still thinks she will go out in fire making though.
It was a great move but how do you flip to the minority, when the majority still has those advantages listed?
A more interesting end game than the underdog steam rolling but I don’t see the path to the end for them.

And is really the biggest mastermind of the show
I love himmb!!
It’s a great move for Andy…to go out next. Right?

Just like Jesse’s Cody move.
I don't have a strong opinion on it either way, though. I don't think it is clear.
What has he been a part of pre-Sierra going out? That would be it, right?

Sam goes next to appease/rebuild w Teeny.
Wins fire
Who has more win equity at that point?
