Honestly it's an absolute drag to start (also got adhd to add to it) but genuinely I live by a body in motion stays in motion.I usually start my day with stretching and do various exercises scattered through the day. its really rough to start the day. fatigue is definitely a thing still+
But I notice that it doesn't really settle into the bones and become that body sinking fatigue ;w; honestly getting into baking has made a huge difference. I get to do an active thing (do most by hand and scratch) and then there's a treato after so helps the dopamine
I mean, pcos, endo and long covid along with some other things. First recommendation is diet. It's hard though. I end up going back to comfort food and trying to break that always stressés me out, but my quality of life does go up. What things are you currently doing so I might suggest helpfully
I eat extremely healthy and minimally so that's not the problem. I have no real means to exercise that work for me. But even when I exercised religiously I didn't lose weight. The main problem with PCOS is people always assume it's fixable with diet and exercise.
Oh I know it's not fixable with diet and exercise, as I suffer from it and other things, sorry if I was coming off that way. I just know they mitigate it for some people. Also sometimes it's specifics for others. The only real thing that helped some of my friends was surgery sadly.
