It's both! Warudo (Vtubing software) and VRChat run under unity, and I how to port to unity so I offer both to just make the blender model, or to also port to Warudo and VRChat

Depends on the complexity and use case. If you wanted me to make you a potato, I'd probablu just teach you how to make and texture a potato in blender lol.
For small objects, maybe $5-$30 Depending on how complicated?

Porting to vrc/warudo would have to be discussed case by case.
