Along with what the guy above me mentioned, it also depends on what you're looking for in an apple. There are many different kinds of apples that all have different flavors and textures. I prefer apples with more snap to them like a cold honeycrisp rather than grainy like gala
I like Macintosh apples that are tart and sweet but I'm used to only seeing mostly galas here and those are so boring and just simply sweet nothing more to them
Personally I buy a lot apples every harvest time and cut them into thin strips. Into the dehydration thingy they go so me and friends can have apple chips all winter.
They're just good? Idk how to describe it, ig convenient since they last, yummy, can be baked or added to other dishes and desserts reliably often, healthy
