I've listened to IOT for many years! Bounced off of it lately, I find their science episodes somewhat less amenable to the format (or host) than their history & arts subjects

My habits used to be extra hot great, history of philosophy without any gaps, the bugler; now it's more judge John hodgman, get played (comedian/video game critics with lots of swears)
