The situation is dire enough without embellishment. And I do believe this conflict is the most propagandized in human history. The long and intricate history of this is hard to explain simply.

Part of me hopes that we learn from today's AI images so we can detect them more easily in the future. Sort of an AI disinfo vaccine.

But then again I was part of the internet literacy efforts in the 90s, and we obviously lost that battle.
