So, there was a recent issue wherein the city of Beverly Hills tried to block a DC-based clinic from opening a new clinic there. The CA AG found that BH violated multiple state laws AND the California Constitution!

The clinic sued the city and BH countersued & won. Now BH plans to extract nearly $500k in legal fees from the clinic.

The DC clinic is one of a handful of clinics nationwide providing care *throughout pregnancy* and this could put them out of business entirely.

So, a few asks:

1) Sign this petition to the Beverly Hills City Council. Easy peasy!

2) Sign up to write letters to the BH City Council. You can do that in the petition, too. If you can't make the session IRL, you can get sent some virtual prompts.

3) If you're near LA, hit up the Beverly Hills City Council Meeting on March 18th, where the DuPont folks will address the council members, present their letters and petition.
