Good question, and one that a lot of people have. If you, like Gail, want to be sure Cuomo loses, you need to do a few things:
1. Don't rank Cuomo.
2. DO rank Mamdani and Lander.
3. Rank Mamdani, Lander, and whoever else you rank in order of your own preference.
That's it. That's all the rules.
