I do agree that people try to make Angel a perfect victim, and he's definitely not. I also don't like how people only focus on Husk being a former overlord. Cause he is, but we don't know how long it's been or what he's been through after.

Plus, Angel is very loving and loyal to those who deserve it. He would be there for Husk just as much as Husk would be for him. He's not the type to be overly needy or need constant saving.

I personally hc that Alastor only calls on Husk every now and then for odd jobs and never really checks in much otherwise. Husk seems the type nowadays to lay low but idk 🤷🏻 so much could be going on behind the scenes too like
