A full 24hr cycle seems like enough time get ready, it’s science right?
If I sleep at all it’s usually 10-15 minutes before my alarms goes off 😵
I hope you can find a way to get some much needed rest soon tho!
Sleep is underrated
I remember polling some friends a while ago and 3am insomnia seemed to be on the rise.
It’s obviously the phone… need put it away when trying to sleep 😵
I’m notorious as well be wake up at 3am, had to do a lot of research and trial and error to figure myself out but in the end I got a better handle on it
