It's probably already too late to prevent the Trump Dictatorship from happening if not it will be within 6 months or so, within a year he will likely declare a National Emergency possibility creating his own situation to justify it, makes me not so concerned about being old
Let America be a cautionary tale. Don't let government stop teaching civics in grade school. If you don't understand how your government works, you should not be able to get a high school diploma.
Trump v United States (US), 603 U.S. ___ (2024). “The case involves former President Donald Trump, who was indicted on four counts for conduct that occurred during his presidency following the November 2020 election. The indictment alleged that Trump conspired to overturn the election by
spreading knowingly false claims of election fraud. Trump moved to dismiss the indictment based on Presidential immunity, arguing that a President has absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions performed within his official responsibilities. The District Court
denied Trump’s motion to dismiss, holding that former Presidents do not possess federal criminal immunity for any acts. The D.C. Circuit affirmed this decision. The Supreme Court of the United States held that under the constitutional structure of separated powers,
a former President is entitled to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. He is also entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts.
However, there is no immunity for unofficial acts”.
Bundy v Stommel, 168 F. App’x 870, 2006. “…The district court dismissed Mr. Bundy’s complaint as legally frivolous under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, and we reverse…But given Mr. Bundy’s constitutionally protected liberty interest
(unwanted administration of psychotropic medication)…we cannot treat such an argument as frivolous.”
Trump is assuming that this decision by the SCOTUS is a blanket immunity of all official acts. It seems to me that the best way to challenge this immunity claim is to force
1. Rule for Trump on everything, every time
2. Disagree, but still rule in his favor out of fear he'd ignore the court order and spark a constitutional crisis leading to civil war
3. Rule against him and hope he obeys, or else crisis is sparked
These are the agencies Don the Con has closed and will no longer fulfill services: 1) feed hungry kids; 2) provide medical care; 3) aid families who have lost their homes; 4) demand that corporations don't pollute; 5) promote education. Then we don't need a president. He's a useless figurehead.
Then if Trump crosses the line then he is an active domestic threat and the military would need to arrest Trump and try him in a military court. That’s the military’s mission.
10 years ago, who would have thought that the Supreme Court of the United States of America would be afraid of a convicted felon that is about to break a law in plain sight?
Look, we already know there are at least 2 #RussianAssets leading the #FederalGovernment the best way to assure they have #NoPower over #Anyone is if the remaining #FederalWorkforce went on #Strike until #Congress did THEIR JOBS to #Impeach and #Convict WE THE PEOPLE still have #ThePower and

They're not brave enough for #3
India gave the world Gandhi.
America gave the world Kash Patel.
Step 2: Grovel
Step 3: Dissenting opinion by the liberal justices.
The same three-step plan they always use.
