@bgrinter yeah the Puritans (who were actually Separatists) haven’t really caused much trouble lately, it’s the Cavaliers and the Scotch-Irish who still haven’t assimilated 400 years later.

@bgrinter BTW, I find it fascinating that pretty much any kid coming out of school in Australia has a good grasp of how convict transportation to Australia worked, but I have yet to run into an American who knows about both convict transportation to Australia _and_ to their own country.
