Planning for a larger Government should probably include planning for climate resiliency as well. Having the capitol in the middle of the country has resilience upsides AND is more democratic as it's easier for more of the population to access.
How can we have made so much progress in so many areas and yet have gone backwards in the most fundamental aspect of our government - elected representation?
If we went with its originally proposed minimum, the #HalfWyomingRule, we’d have about ~1200 reps serving ~290k People each.
