Seconded. I felt the same. Double saddened that he’s expecting the victim to make up to the abuser but more than that, it secondarily means he doesn’t believe in Europe standing on its own feet.
It’s one of those small things that actually indicates a lot.
We know Rutte no differently: a born liar and power-hungry.
Where is Rutte going the next days in Europe so that we can start protests against him for this victim blaming shit!
