This is the work-in-progress. Slices of smoked Tofoo tofu, onion, herbs and mushroom Duxelles, and an Irish "pudding" which is normally full of pork and barley, but this one is vegan and gluten-free.
Nothing too fancy here. Baked chicken breasts and au gratin potatoes. I will be using a new idea for baked chicken found here on bluesky, herbed butter under the skin. Basically same as my roast turkey so I don’t know how I never thought of it before!
