yep, I am from germany and who boy...I am not sure if all the ingredients listed on hersheys are even legal to put into food here
I know for sure that we dont have to run to the emergency vet any time a dog swallows even a tiny bit of choclate

It's the theobromine in the cocoa that's the poisonous part. So the purer or darker the chocolate the worse it is for dogs.

Also turns out that the darker the chocolate the higher concentration of either lead or cadmium-- depending on the brand!
