i am entirely indifferent about liverpool as a team, i actually used to love them growing up (Luis Garcia, Torres, Sturridge are some of my favourite ever players). its just so annoying when people assume your view on things

It's tribalism reversed. We're all guilty of viewing things through the prism of [enter your team here] that when someone appears to oppose that view/speak from a different standpoint they can only possibly hate your team. It's also the absence of nuance online in general.
