And Sanji as Pisces which is a water Zodiac always expresses his feelings. Except he got confused by Zoro's treatment to him. And time by time he had self conscious about them. With his proclaim that he only like ladies, but also in his heart he wants to love Zoro as a lover.

And with time Zoro and Sanji would just do something between them without changing words but know they love each other. They would just know each other preferences and do what the other expected. And in the end they would do a simple confession between each other.
