...to ever murder another Nobel Prize recipient via drone strike. If we talked about it, we were "helping the fascists win", so we had to be quiet. Meanwhile, any young person asking why it feels like things are getting worse only has two answers to choose from: "they aren't, actually" or "Jews".

They built an apparatus to recruit and brainwash disaffected young men by virtue of being the only ones providing answers the question, twisted and evil though they may be. Which, for you students of history out there, should be absolutely terrifying. But it's not too late.

We are watching the richest man on the planet and a millionaire who pretends to be a billionaire run roughshod over the country. The time is perfect to reframe the argument to what we should have been talking about since 2008: the mega-rich versus the rest of us.

But that means going after ALL the members of the ruling class, including the ones who pretend to be on our side. They all have to be held accountable if we are going to win back the trust of people who have given up on this system.

Otherwise, we know how this story ends.
