Let’s talk about it. A good interviewer will not just ask probing questions but in depth questions. Questions that make them think and highlights that they have researched

The questions asked always shows how present the interviewer is and how much research they’ve done.

When it comes to my faves, I’m current on lot of info in their lives, walking away having learned something new leaves me with a new found appreciation and respect for the interviewer.

Also, I love seeing the moment an entertainer relaxes and becomes vulnerable with an interviewer based on the rapport built and questions asked.

YES! Whenever we do interviews for @megasheen.bsky.social I always keep in mind how comfortable I’m making the guest and respecting their time. Also asking questions that get them to think and give honest in depth answers. It’s a dance that not everybody does well.
