I know it's a first-world problem and there are bigger fish to fry, but when you get an email saying "your items have shipped," it should be *when the items have shipped*, not when a shipping label has been created.

As someone that ships things, some e-commerce platforms give you discounts, or automatically handle the distribution of tracking info if you purchase labels in their UI.
Unfortunately they decide that is the exact second to send the tracking info, rather than giving you a "shipped" button for later
That, and when you get an email saying item was delivered it should be when it was delivered to my door, not when UPS drops it off at the post office so they can deliver it.
