Presidential office isn’t granted that power. He can sign laws Congress sends him into law, he can veto those laws. He can direct agencies to follow laws and implement the laws. He cannot create or invalidate law. Founders were clear on the ‘no kings’ thing.

My grandmother was born in South Dakota in 1901. Her parents were Italian immigrants. In 1919 my grandmother married an Italian immigrant and immediately lost her US citizenship. That was the law at the time. A woman took on her husband’s immigration status. Don’t think they won’t do it again.
