It's such a cool body horror idea... honestly, what happens to blobfish is so sad and no one notices or cares because they look silly 🥲 the idea of smth with human intelligence going through that is definitely horrific imo

I’m really fascinated with body horror as a narrative device, but I don’t do a lot of it. Perhaps I should get more freaky. The second piece with Lenore was really interesting to make. I would really recommend following MercyHaunt if you havent, their characters and art are incredible
