One is public but more information should be coming next week. This is the publicly available torrent from @safeguardingdata.bsky.social https://sciop.net/datasets/eric-api-pdf But it requires a bit more of a technical ability to use. We should have another option soon.

I think I had 300 emails left. The big publishers were notified first, then in alphabetical order. The sources left typically only had one source.

The list is a record and can easily be obtained via FOIA.

I've followed all of the instructions but can't submit to FOIA. It's just a loop. They must have a tech problem... and likely no staff to fix it.
