Massive breezeblock, (the one that starts with Groovers Steel Orchestra) - I burned it to a CD and played it to death.
Betas came along at just the right time for me and thankfully provided me with a bridge from Indie and Britpop to a whole new world. If they tour, I'm going.
Exactly the same. 1st heard Inner Meet Me on The Breezeblock and it changed everything. Their mixes for MAH opened my eyes to so many different artists.
You've just reminded me, as the perfect encapsulation of the musical transition described earlier that I went to watch Oasis at Wembley wearing a home made KBT t shirt (I transferred the cover of I walk the Earth onto it).

I also have an MP3 somewhere of when they were on MAH and they got people to send in noises and lyrics and built a song over the evening.
