I'm Ontarian, and you appear to be confused. Ontario doesn't trash Alberta. It's a gorgeous province. All of the trashing I have seen between the two provinces, and I've seen a lot, goes in the other direction.
You’ll find they’re free in most of Canada. We’re stubborn and cheap, so it’s not worth airports trying to charge us. They just add all that shit into the “airport improvement fees” that I’m sure you’re being charged. Welcome to Canada!
WE CAN STILL STOP HIM.

George love Calgary.have family & friends there. wonderful airport. From Ontario & love Alberta. It's politics that can get in the way. Really the most beautiful province.
Great restaurants ,shopping as well. Spectacular parks & mountains. Every time the fires start my heart breaks a little bit.
The Premier of Alberta is going to the cockwomble’s inauguration; she’s extreme. Most of the other premiers are normal (not including Ontario’s though).
Her police’s as I understand them align with Maga in so many ways, from the trans and LGBTQ hate and banning books, to privatization of Medicine, climate change denial and acceleration of fossil fuel usage. It’s terrible.
In #Minnesota, we had no choice but to loophole the Aldi coin carts. We leave the quarter in for the next person who isn't in the habit of carrying change.
What’s this “we” stuff? I’ve never seen a quarter in the carts at any Minnesota Aldi. And I regularly go to 4 within the state because they’re my grocery store of choice. Prey tell, which Aldi do you shop at?
My Father in Law said" you'll never find a smaller-big town."
Small-minded.
I swear it was a sundown town (for the Green Giant migratory work force) until at least 1988.
I grew up in Minneapolis so I see Hutch through a more skeptical lens, but for the most part I like it here. I volunteer in Glencoe and it’s much worse there. I try to be extra kind to the migrants when they come because most townfolks aren’t friendly towards them.
That’s where I live! Small world! 😅 I’ve never seen a quarter in one of the carts. Though I do use my quarter from my handy dandy Aldi quarter holder. Nice to meet you fellow Hutch dweller. 😊
Alberta is the mini- texas of Canada- and you are in Calgary-- maybe come up to Edmonton where the sane people are ( actually Calgary is sane- just stay out of the small uneducated towns)!
That makes me wonder, did airports lock them up and start charging because people were taking them, or did they just see a way to squeeze an extra dime out of travelers?
I would never give it up! Even if it means paying a little higher taxes. To make a long story short. My Canadian hospital bill $40. My American friends bill for the exact same thing, $240,000! Isn't it the same as paying for an insurance plan? Only EVERYBODY GETS IT! 🇨🇦❤️🩹
Luggage carts are among many of the things citizens of socialist democracies get: healthcare, education, recreation centers and…luggage carts. The US is the only country I’ve been in that charges for them. So on brand.
only take one this time George. We got massive complaints last time and no we haven't made you special places for them yet. No more Canadian Beer for you my friend :)
At airports, they're quite the delight,
Free carts for your luggage, just right.
With wheels that glide,
They ease your stride,
Making travel a breeze, day or night!
If you really are in Calgary, hit up the former mayor Nahed Nenshi. I feel like you two would get along swimmingly.
And I called him Canada’s mayor FTR. 😀
Carts are free in UK airports too. The stupid cart charges are just another way for predatory capitalists to laugh all the way to the bank as they nickel and dime regular folks, creating yet more of those little annoyances & irritants that erode our daily well-being and contentment. #SocialUnionism

You must live in a gop dominated suburb.
Small-minded.
I swear it was a sundown town (for the Green Giant migratory work force) until at least 1988.
I will be moving there this July! Yippee!
I also heard that creepy don jr has been soiling the air in the yukon
You’re not going back.
When you start buying anything and you realize how convenient the US $ is….
And it’s Alberta
Why is he working for NASA, USSF, AND USAF. There is no doubt in my mind that he has CCP and FSB spy's working for him.
This is an intelligence failure, they have access to all of our critical infrastructure.
He admits here..sieze everything now
It’s the “universal” part that matters.
We’re not cruel.
Fuck You O’Hare !!!
Can we keep George?

Being 90 mins. from some of the best snow riding in the world is tempting, too.
Too spread out, though. Soon realized that YYZ had free luggage carts, too. And returned.
And I called him Canada’s mayor FTR. 😀
Someone is paying for it.
AND
we are super nice
AND
give out free ice cream
