Could be as simple as Rassie's mind games and messing with the opposition's head. Nothing wrong with that and he's the master at it but I certainly do think it will slightly weaken them.

We're two weeks into the kick-chase experiment, and now we're going to have a dance-off between Freddie Steward and Aphelele Fassi to settle the matter. The other 28 players will be running around trying not to be anywhere near them when the ball lands, so an extra back might come in handy...?

Possibly one of their weaknesses from the last RWC though. They did win it, but a relative rigidity in their game plan could have cost them several times.

It you can win 99% with a single game plan, you can be sure that everyone's trying to figure out that probably well defined 1%.

A few points, with Libbok playing there needs to be another goal kicker.They very rarely don’t carry a spare 9 on the bench so there is 2 of the bench. I’m wondering if there is an injury cloud over one of the backs meaning Am comes in. Also Mostert understandably rusty so wants in-form fit players
