The department of public health does not come from within the town and they are bound by Medicare Guidelines.
If it's that bad and they don't at least create action plans and follow ups then CMS would be my next call because I'm sure they're taking Medicare payments for some of the residents.

Can't. I'm doing the full time caretaker for my woman who falls unless she is held up.
I agree, nursing homes are far too often the shits.
That's why I"m doing the job.
