Personally I’m partial to on all fours or him half on his fours gripping some kind of support beam in front of him, let gravity help, you know? So kinda a mix of both ish? I do have some sweet lore and plot planned for the birth position as well when I get to it 😉 and yes, Op will curse up a storm
