My body's circadian rhythm is too strong. I wake up at 6 for work Mon-Fri so on the weekend my body is like "Oh yeah, it's about 6, it's time to get up." and I hate it. 🫠
Ugh I hate that for you lol I do find I wake up earlier the day after working like 8am but if I’ve been off for a few days it’s 10/11 haha I need a lot of sleep too
