Private staffing agencies are breaking public long-term care homes. Their hiring practices are syphoning off staff from homes which then requires homes to hire expensive staff from these agencies. Public homes cannot meet the demand that this places on their budgets.

Temp agency. The employees of said agency will make less money than full time employees wherever they’re placed. But the temp agency will charge the same ,or likely more, than the full time wage.
