I cannot recommend "Small Things Like These" enough. Based upon real events, anchored by a fantastic performance by Cillian Murphy, the film is an inspiring reminder of how personal acts of integrity thwart authoritarians - like Bishop Bidde's request for mercy for LGBTQ+ children and immigrants.

Anything with Cillian is a “must watch”

Cillian wins an Oscar and does what? He makes this next.
Have been trying to find practical info on steps that individuals and groups can take. This breaks it down.
Long article, but lots of good direction here for acts, small and large.

Another Oscar waiting for him.
Ever since “28 Days Later”,
I would buy a ticket to watch
Cillian Murphy stare into
the middle-distance.
Be sure to see “Sunshine”, and “Anthropoid”…underrated both.
I think maybe I'll watch this with my daughter and granddaughter this evening.
Will get my family together and watch
Thank you for posting

I'll also highly recommending a beautiful biodrama series on Leonard Cohen's great love.
We passed, but may give it a shot now.
Great piece of cinema.
