it is actually genuinely my favorite thing in ds3 & i cannot believe it hasn't come to mind sooner but also to be fair it only came to mind because i was thinking if drawing something with similar imagry/intejt anyways
almost wish i could reuse this thing i never finished because as much as i love what i was attempting Oh My God it was a mistake but it will not work. despite originally being intended as the background to a similar concept.
i actually really like doing hatching & really like using it as the primary way of relaying shape/form as well as value but also it takes ages & i also have a habit of getting so fixated on small details when working digitally that it is not as successful as if i worked traditionally
