So currently a trans woman using female bathrooms will hardly muster a raised eyebrow. How's it work if a group of fully transitioned men tip up at the same location?

Not entirely sure that would hardly raise an eyebrow, but I believe the ruling applies to women in the context of the EA. So access to male toilets doesn't come into it. Not sure why a group of fully transitioned men would want to turn up en masse at a female toilet.

Because if they’re single sex spaces according to biology then trans men should use the ladies?

It actually is in this context since its a verdict on the EA definition of women and doesn't have anything to do with men's spaces. It's clearly not the end point but it has clarified that area. This after all really isn't an issue affecting men, or at least not in any noticeable way.

Not a gender ruling, its a sex ruling procured by a US Christofascist backed group using UK TERF as a front.
