#MWE 6
So close to really loving this. If I heard it when I was 14 and carried it with me I might be able to. It’s just not as good as S.O.D., or Sacred Reich, or Suicidal Tendencies, or any other group in their lane.

Been a long time since I’ve heard a metal album this unsettling. Cannot say for certain if I “enjoyed” it, but I respect the insanity.
First time ever hearing a note of this guy’s music. Went in as open minded as I could after years of assuming this shit was corny because of the fanbase. I have to be honest, this type of hip hop just isn’t for me at all. Feels extremely dated. He’s got an interesting flow but not my taste.
I felt extremely unfunky today, and while this didn’t necessarily help, it obviously whipped. Not sure why this one isn’t streaming either, but I’m sure if you’re a Parliament etc head you’ve already got it on wax.
Man, can’t believe I’d never heard these guys before. Sounds like if Dawes had a slight stoner metal / throwback boogie rock lean. Really strong stuff.
I can’t do it guys. I’ve tried this band so many times and it does not connect with me. There’s flavors of things I love, like Modest Mouse or The Mountain Goats, but they’re not doing anything that I perceive to be above either band. Just gonna have to let ‘em go.
Last minute sub-in for another artist I had planned that I realized wasn’t gonna work for this. I think I’m back in my not caring about Elvis era. He’s got tracks, the movie was great, but not the most thrilling thing to sit around and listen to.
